Wellington House is a WHOLESALE ONLY Distributor.

We will only sell to businesses involved in screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer or sign vinyl industries. If you would like to order an item that we carry, but are not qualified to buy from us, feel free to call and we'd be happy to supply you with a company in your area to service you.

We'll be happy to serve you 8:00-5:00 PST. Remember, stock orders called in before 3:00 will ship out the same day! Player Names orders usually can be done within 24 hours.

General Terms & Conditions

HOURS: You may phone your order 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday PST. Please have your customer number or phone number available.

FIRST TIME ORDERS: Please call for assistance in setting up your account. All new accounts will be set up COD-Cash or Credit Card until credit has been established.

ON-LINE ORDERS: www.wellingtonhouse.com is available 24 hours a day. First time customers please call first to establish account.

FAX ORDERS: You may fax to 800-511-9850 or 503-669-0196. Please use order forms in catalog or forms may be downloaded from our website, www.wellingtonhouse.com

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
• COD-Cash- (cashiers check, certified check or money order) UPS COD fee $8.50 per package.
• COD Company check - available with approved credit. UPS COD fee $8.50 per order.
• NET-30 - available with approved credit.
• VISA, Mastercard and Discover gladly accepted on any order (No Fee).

RETURNED CHECKS: A $35.00 handling fee will be charged. A second NSF check will require COD-Cash status applied to your account.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Overdue Net-30 accounts may result in termination of Net-30 status. Orders on past due accounts may be delayed.
