Terms and Conditions
ORDERING: All stock letters and numbers placed before 3:00 p.m. PST ship same day. All Cad-Cut or Custom orders placed between regular business hours will ship the following business day. Every effort is made to ship orders same day in the order they are received.

ORDER CHANGES/ADDITIONS: Add-ons, deletions or order cancellations must be made within 1/2 hour of placing the order. Every effort is made to combine orders placed in succession. Please check orders for accuracy and completeness before submitting. We are happy to confirm fax orders upon request.

SHIPPING: All orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Next Day Air, Next Afternoon, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select also available. For further details, please see www.ups.com.

SOLVENT/ADHESIVE: Must ship separately by UPS Ground only. $3.50 handling fee will apply.

HANDLING CHARGE: A $3.50 handling charge will be applied to all orders under $25.00.

RETURNS: Stock letters and numbers can be returned, damage free, prepaid freight, with a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days. Only unopened packs, team sets or kits in Thermo-Film, Thermo-Grip and Twill may be returned. Partially used rolls may not be returned. Please call ahead for a return authorization number. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of arrival.

SOFTWARE: Cannot be returned once opened.

PLOTTERS/PRESSES: All equipment sales final.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in materials or workmanship free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of Stahls’ products only as expressed by the manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for products which have been laundered with soaps containing bleach or harsh detergents containing bleach particles. Stahls’ carefully prints laundering instructions on all product tech sheets.
