PRICING NOTIFICATION: Product availability, prices, freight costs and free freight offer and minimums are subject to change. We will be happy to confirm pricing.

FIRST TIME ORDERS: Our team will help you set up an account. A customer business license or resale certificate is required to establish an account. All new accounts will be set up COD-CASH or credit card until COD-CHECK or Net-30 terms have been approved. Applications are available upon request.

HOURS: Orders may be placed by phone between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday PST. Please have your customer number or phone number available.

ON-LINE ORDERS: www.wellingtonhouse.com is available 24 hours a day. First-time customers-please call first to establish an on-line account.

FAX ORDERS : Please fax to 503-669-5157. Fax order forms are available upon request. We cannot accept liability for illegible or failed fax or email transmissions. Please include cover sheet indicating total page count faxed. We are happy to confirm receipt of fax upon request.

ORDERING: All orders for stock inventory placed before 3:00 p.m. PST will ship the same day. To ensure accuracy, custom banner orders must be submitted in writing. Please complete our easy-to-use banner order forms which are available upon request. Custom banner orders may require additional production time.

ORDER CHANGES/ADDITIONS: In order to provide quick turnaround, we process orders immediately. Additions, deletions, or order cancellations must be made within 1/2 hour of placing an order. Once we have cut sign vinyl yardage or processed a banner order, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please check orders for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting. We are happy to confirm fax orders upon request.

SHIPPING: UPS Next-Day, Two-Day, Three-Day, Ground or Saturday delivery is available upon request. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Wellington House, Inc. We cannot accept liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. FREE Ground shipping applies on most $100.00 minimum Sign supply orders to continental U.S. locations only.

FREIGHT EXCEPTIONS: No free freight on: Coroplast, Step Stakes, Flexmag, Rapidtac gallons, Frog Juice gallons, banner rolls or finished banners over 54" in width, digital media, plotters, blades or plotter accessories. Other freight limitations may apply.

TERMS of PAYMENT:

• COD-Cash (cashiers check or money order)
• COD Company check- available with approved credit. UPS COD fee $8.50 per order.
• NET-30-available with approved credit.
• VISA, MasterCard and Discover gladly accepted on any order (No Fee).

PAST DUE ACCTS/RETURNED CHECKS: 2% per month charged on past due accounts. Orders on past due accounts may be delayed. Accounts with returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge. A second NSF check will require COD-Cash or Credit Card terms applied to the account.

RETURNS: Returns are limited to 50-yard rolls of sign vinyl, full rolls of digital media in orginal box or application tape. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization number within 30 days of original invoice date. You may return items pre-paid freight. Upon receipt, returned goods are subject to inspection. Credit is issued on products returned, damage-free and in resalable condition less a 20% restock fee. For defective material claims, please call for details. (See Product Guarantee for Manufacturer warranty limitations.)

We do not accept returns on the following items: Videos, software CD's, any custom banners including stock color banners, cut sign vinyl yardage, or "special" order items.

EQUIPMENT: All sales are final.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: We guarantee to replace any item that is defective in materials or workmanship free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. Our liability may be limited to the warranty conditions expressed by each manufacturer. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to express or implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot be held responsible for color matching or mis-matched dye lots. Please request manufacturer color charts for accurate color selection. Each vendor outlines product information on their web sites. This information may also be faxed upon request.
