Uninet IColo™ T. Seal Finishing Sheet
Post press your DTF transfer onto a shirt or textile with extra durability! The T. Seal has a special coating that locks the transfer into the fibers of the shirt. This helps prevent the transfer from coming off when you wash the shirt. Used in place of kraft paper for the post press only! T. Seal is reusable from 350 up to 500 presses.
Recommended temperature tolerance is 270-290 F. Do not use above 300 F. |
Application Instructions:1) Before the first use, press the sheet with the rubber side down on the lower platen of your heat press with medium pressure for 20 seconds at 270° F / 132° C. This will condition the T.Seal properly.
2) Press and peel your transfer according to the instructions for the particular transfer paper you are using.
3) For the final post press, use the rubbery side toward the decoration and press for 5 seconds with firm pressure at a temperature between 270° - 290° F (132° - 143° C).
4) Open the press and wait 5 seconds, then peel off slowly.
Important: • Use the T.Seal in place of kraft paper for the final post press only! Do not cut the sheet in any way or the rubber film will come apart. • Do not use with any CP Toner because the yellow pigments will migrate into the rubber film. • Do not use with sublimation ink or toner, or sublimation printed garments or products. • Recommended temperature tolerance is 270° - 290° F (132° - 143° C). • Do not use above 300° F / 150° C to avoid premature degradation of the product. |
